Silent Hill 2 Pc true widescreen.

Hey guys I've been researching for a way to make Silent Hill 2 on my pc run in true widesreen. I've seen a hex editor solution and I've also seen a patcher, unfortunately the links to download the need files are all dead. So can anybody help me out here? I would greatly appreciate it! If possible I would prefer the patcher

There is a hack for PS2, but is not 100%. I never see for PC. But you don't need to really patch the game because is a simple change of parameters. I think I've read about but can't remember where...

But using PCSX2 it's easier, you can use codebraker and the codes:

If you find more about, post here, I'm interested. I'm trying to make it work on the PS2, but my pendrives didn't work, got to find a solution...

I found an .exe somewhere that supposedly patches your sh2.exe to use various custom resolutions with the correct fov, but I could never get it to work with my copy of the game.
