I know this is off topic but I think this is what we got with Anne in Downpour too.

She was on the other side of the spectrum though, Anne was like Michelle Rodriguez in a b-list action movie like Resident Evil or something. Angry, crass and swears a lot.

I got a different vibe from Anne; she seemed like she would have been less crass had she not had to deal with Murphy. Michelle Rodriguez' characters are usually very obviously always crass and masculine, whereas Anne--for me, at least--didn't give off that vibe.

Well yeah, she thought she had a good reason for it. She certainly isn't a damsel in distress, in every way you look at her, she's not that.

I actually quite liked Anne. I especially in the endings but all the way through I quite liked her.
