Has Anyone Else Noticed That Murphy Doesnt React To Anything? You Will Find A Dead Body Or Something REALLY Weird, And He Doesnt Say ANYTHING About It?? I Find This Annoying.. In Other Games The Characters Would At Least Say Something Like "That Smells Horrible" Or "I Wonder What Happened Here"

How many times can he comment on something after seeing it a dozen times?

Well that kind of question could apply to any of the protagonists. Most of them don't really react too much when they see a monster or a corpse or a dog at a computer.
I love the Silent Hill Series. The new games did nothing wrong whatsoever, they were developed well, and did things different. I believe that Silent Hill Downpour will make all Silent Hill fans happy. Team Silent doesn't exist, but their series does.

WelI Would Understand If They Have No Reaction Later On Like You Get Use To Seeing Dead Bodies, And They Are Probably Getting Psychologically Messed Up And All That.

Murphy reacts a lot in the beginning of the game, and still does when he's being attacked. He's definitely the protagonist that reacts the most to everything in the game.

Heh Alex......."Why hasn't this car been towed away. It's obviously broken down."

Murphy reacts a lot, he's probably the most "human" protagonist so far.

He definitely doesn't ask stupid shit.

"This is a candle. It wasn't here before. What--? Huh?"
"There is a paper here. I'm not sure if I can read it or not. Should I pick it up and try? Yes/ No"

Those are fake, of course... but you get the idea.

When I Say React I Mean Like, Little Things Like Said Earlier, I Like It When They Point Out Little Things Like Henry In SH4 Would Point Out If Something Smelled, Or He Would Say Something Like "What The Hell?" Murphy Doesn't Really Say Anything, But He Will Point Out The Obvious Like: "Theres No Ticket Machine..." Well No Shit Haha

I'm not sure if you noticed, but KiramidHead was actually quoting Alex (it was his reaction to Sepulcher, if I remember correctly).

Anyway, I guess dead bodies don't really phase Murphy considering his experiences with The Void and killing Napier in four out of five endings.

Murphy almost never comments on the strange or bizarre in the game, but he'll comment on things that are perfectly normal and, many of which, don't need a narrative. Usually, they pertain to the objects needed to continue with the story line.
I think that is the main difference here. Alex commented on all kinds of crap, whether it meant something or not. You can click on nearly everything in his house and get extra information. He comments on so many of the paintings in the game. He even continues to react verbally to the monsters after having seen them multiple times.
Either way, they both tell about their character in those ways. Alex was more involved in his surroundings and Murphy is more self-absorbed.

I loved Murphy's reactions to things. They were great. They weren't annoying or too often, they were a nice medium. If he was constantly commenting on things, I think it would get a tad bit annoying.

Nope, there are lots of examples when he reacts to the weird stuff. How about during the first Otherworld transition? I think he said "What the HELL is this?!", don't remember the exact quote. Just because he doesn't react to the things you inspect sometimes doesn't mean he doesn't react at weird stuff, because he does.

I distinctly remember that the first time I played Downpour, after watching the cutscene with Howard next to the old '52, I walked further up the road and stopped to stare at the obliterated road.

Then Murphy said, "Are ALL the roads in this place washed out?"

I thought it was pretty cool. :)

Yes, but his comments like that are dependent on how many times you click the road. You can cause him to say that at the gas station. There after, he makes no more comments about the roads.
Murphy's comments in that regard are related to a set pool of comments and once they are used he comments no more. So, you can investigate the roads at the gas station and he will use all his comments about roads and never comment again. Or, you can save them for some other area.
