Where I live, game piracy era it's gone, like dinosaurs. People that make the copies are the very bad guys, the same ones that work with cocaine, guns and whatsoever. They pick some poor people to distribute on the street and the naif "clients" think to be helping someone that are doing because need the money. This market are losing the bright and getting smaller - hope some day vanish from my country.
The "dinosaurs" have evolved to hackers, creating translated versions, patching with some extras, etc.. Still in the gray line of what is legal. The first Winning Eleven portuguese edition where made by hackers, with all our teams and Brazilian narration - and most important: a legalized work! Past year, Konami finally launch it's Brazilian version. If the hackers had not done the first version, will still, Konami have made her version? That's a subject for another topic...
