Question about Concept Art

Okay, 1st off I'm a huge fan of Jason Chan and I have been since I was 15 or so (I'm 28). When he did concept art for SH:SM I flipped! I was so excited.

I haven't seen them announce who's doing the art yet for BoM, but I was wondering if anyone had some inside. Is this Jason to? I looks really similar. I'll do a little dance if it is
