Silent Hill/Kindergarden Cop?

My friend just sent me a link that's floating around on the internet of photo comparisons between the posters and layout of the school in Kindergarden Cop, and the posters and layout of midwich elementary. It's pretty strange. The dog poster, the reception area, the medical cabinets, and even the front door are exactly the same. See for yourself. Thoughts?
