She may be a delinquent, but definately not the destructive type, which the word "Delinquent" is associated with. Just the type that doesn't follow rules in a careful manner.

Heather Does What Any Other Young Person Would Do, And Nobody Seems To Care What Young People Do Anymore

I kind of always think of Heather's place as Harry probably spent a night flipping through her baby book thinking "D'aww she's the most precious thing" while she was sneaking out of apartment to go to a party sort of thing

Although she's a regular teenager but wouldn't do anything TOO TERRIBLE;
and I quote: "I'm not a theif even though I may act like it sometimes"

And she DID quit smoking so she's probably WAS bettering herself (but seriously if i was heather i would have taken up smoking too) I mean she DID grow up with all of that baggage from her past life AND no mother AND a working dad who was trying to keep his own sanity.

and poor harry lost cheryl in the first game now he's got heather wandering through silent hill xD

once i found Harry's savepoint-notes thingehs (Gawd was that the most genious thing ever for the game to do) I had the slight feeling that he was watching his little girl (expecailly when you have to use the Aphoglottis and heather says "Dad" before taking it)

I wonder if Harry ever actually KNEW of what Heather did...I mean cigarette smoke is VERY easy to smell and very hard to get rid of

i have never smoked and never had the desire to but i can tell when other people have because it sticks to their clothes like the meat on their bones.. i thought that would rhyme but it doesnt kinda like dont litter in the river xDD

why does that remind me of a song?....anywhoz yeah my friends and family all smoke soz yeah, VERY harsh smell to get out of clothing; and i dont know why but i can always imagine Harry in a little white waist-apron doing laundry

ha i had a weird dream a long time ago with henry whereing a litte white apron making scrambled eggs for james who was wearing a sailors uniform, spooky yes? henry made sure that i knew he was making scrambled eggs for james he said scrambled eggs a million times -.- ...i had to take tylonol pm because i was sick and it gives me weird dreams..

It actually DOES give you weird dreams...
I had only one Silent Hill dream though(sad, i knowz) And it appears that my dreams made James Harry Henry and Heather so much more good looking than they actually are...

Heather was smoking in that dream though...she just looks cool to potray her as smoking (i know that sounds weird but yeah)....also James was too...he was the one who handed her the cigarette and lit it

the world would be so much more pleasent without smokers and drug heads -.-
but heather was improving so she did not deserve silent hill x]
i did not concentrate very much on silent hill 3
so why do monsters try to kill her if she is so important and needs to birth "god"?

Simple; the monsters kill her Valteil will then rip open her corpse and then extract the fetus to then incubate until it is fully born. 8D

well thats another thing she pukes out the fetus!! thats not normal!! then the other girl eats it!!
that world is not far from the real world if you ask me..
