My most hated monster is the "Winged Demon", because it's so annyoing and hard to shoot the first times. Damn, I really hate them

They come out of nowhere and kick you in your face, then they fly off so you can't shoot them , If I spotted one sitting somewhere I would charge it with a melee weapon and pummel it before it took flight. That made me feel good. But if you get the laser. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

I chose the Simian/Romper. They would almost always drain me of health! I find them quite annoying. I always keep a lookout for them in downtown and resort Silent Hill

Nurses and Doctors, because they're all over those hospitals and very annoying, plus the heavy panting thing they do in SH3 is awful.

I thought the little squeaky invisichildren were adowable, I don't see how they could scare anybody.

Air Flutters (winged demons) ...GO AWAY!!!!!!

They're persistant, not scary at all, show up at the least convenient moments, AND THEY'RE FASTER THAN HARRY! >:(
I remember I was heading for Midwich *pause for shudder* and one of the winged *cesnored* came up around near me, and it didn't really help I was also ambushed by two Groaners, so I just said "Screw it" and fled....ugh, the friggin Air Screamer chased me, and after about a few seconds of running, I could hear its wings flapping, and before I knew it, it was obscuring my vision and bashed into me. GO BACK TO WHERE YOU BELONG, YOU ANNOYING CREEPS!!!

I had to vote for the winged demon (is that what it was called? lol) because most of the time, you absolutely have to waste ammo on them, or get better at the 3D movement.

Yep. As much as I loved the first game, it still takes me forever to get used to that style-o-movement when I go to replay.

I say Hell Hounds. Because whenever I tried hitting them with the iron pipe, I probably pressed it too early. Or to me, I hit them at the right time, but i get hit right when i was about to hit them.
