It would have been more plausible if these nurses were the same as the Silent Hill 1 nurses, but if we take this to the extreme heather has a fetish for slutty Nurses…. The very fact that by default it comes without any official explanation raises eyebrows but the fact that the Female protagonist must not only battle a Monster which is shaped like Male genitalia and not only that she also gets attacked by an army of sperm, just screams out that she is gay.
