What the heck is that thing!?! D:

It goes cross-eyed and glares at you. DX

I found it creepy yet entertaining. It is symbolic of something, though I do not know what. Perhaps just there to scare you?

All I know is, cross-eyed Eileen head is funny XD

Freaky the first time you see it, but when you realize that it won't hurt you it's just part of SH's charming ambiance. Then you notice the eyes are twitching psychotically and it's just kinda funny. Nowhere near as funny as the belching patients falling down the stairs, but still worth a chuckle.

Ah, okay! I was it and was like "Dear God WTF is that!" D:

Probably the funniest part is how Eileen totally doesn't care. She's all like "meh..."

I think it's funny how she goes cross-eyed when you stand right in from of her. XD

Seeing Eileen's head there scared me so much! I wasn't expecting it at all. xD

What is strange is that the head didn't really scare me too much....There was a scared feeling in me as well as a "WTH" feeling, but it was more like 80% "what the hell" and 20% "eek".

I dunno, I think I thought "what the hell" much more than Henry while playing SH4

Hehehe, that's a good point about being watched. Now that I've beaten the game, I think I know why there's a giant Eileen head there, but it's just speculation.

Yeah, maybe not the "watching over Henry" part, but you've basically got it. I can't think of a reason why that specific room in the hospital would be like that (unless it was room 302... that would be neat).

I'd think he'd just want to head to the basement to see if there's a giant pair of knockers in a room somewhere.

Yes, that was weird. I can't remember, but did you have to collect something from that room? Her eyes were... just creepy.

it might be more likely that it represents henry's guilt for peeping on eileen.
