Yeah, Fungo is right- though I suppose the "see no evil" would be an alternitive way of saying "Keep a positive attitude" or something of the such. Assisting in the effort to distance yourself from the "evil doers" as our president would say it. eh.

But In other words- I believe that along with it meaning speak no evil, I believe it represents the fragile essence of the mind and the tendacy to screw up..or the pain hidden behind a smile. (fake.) ..who knows.

i always just assumed it was lisa's smile

cause Heather is starting to have an inkling about her past at that point ( as shown in her reactions to the save points) so it would make sense that she is remembering Lisas smile in an off way.
