Can Valtiel be found in the subway?

And, just to clarify, yes, I am aware that Valtiel can be seen dragging Heather away during a "game over" scene. Wondering if Valtiel can be observed during normal playthrough in the subway.
I remember an official promotional pre-rendered material of Heather crying over a bed with Valtiel present on the ceiling. At the time, I thought it was just a promotional material with no ties to in-game content. I don't think you can find any abandoned beds in the subway tracks.
The official novel has Heather seeing the creature in the subway. She does not call it by name as she wouldn't know that, but her description fits with Valtiel as she had encountered it at the mall.
Recently I saw YouTube user TaintedTownMusic's "Silent Hill 3 Unreleased Tracks" which has a thumbnail of Heather in the subway looking upwards to Valtiel's presence. Naturally the authenticity of the thumbnail comes into question, but I became curious as this looks more like an in-game scene just with added greenish hue and a boosted contrast.
The location looks like it could either be where you "meet" the suicide ghost or the one with the red-light door. I don't remember this particular angle though. I am not sure if this one of those "blink and you'll miss it" moments like Valtiel dragging the nurse away in alternate Brookhaven floor 3.
