Valtiel kills the nurse

Before the final boss fight We can see Valtiel torturing a nurse, after playing for a while I found that He killed that nurse.

Is this normal or it was a glitch?

In theory, the nurse dying should be possible. Did you have Heather fire using a long-range firearm in that room by any chance?

The radio (at least on PS2) is not supposed to detect Valtiel. But I can confirm that it goes off in that hallway. The nurse is the only other visible monster available in that hallway. Players using a randomizer also showed the randomized monsters "jump out of the wall." I can only assume that the randomized monster was a replacement for the nurse.

If the nurse is alive, maybe her hitbox is still active.

I did not shoot the nurse, she was already dead (I tried to shoot the nurse when she is alive but nothing happens). The radio detects the nurse when she is alive but in this case the radio does not make any sound.
