I used the SH editor thingy to hack into the text, which allows you to see the whole thing. The entirety of the text is there in the game (not unlockable), but it is crossed out so it doesn’t appear in-game. I un-crossed it out and then played through to get the screenshots. This is what it looks like in the program:
