It seems reception is a little divisive. A fair amount of support towards the notion of it being an uninspired copy of SH2. Maybe don't put 2 on such a high pedestal if you don't want others to take notes from it.

I'm curious about how you 'play' this. You just type answers? So if 225 people say yes to further a scene, and only 153 or so say no, the answer with the most agreement-esque responses is hereby chosen to be canon.
