Note that this is NOT the beta, it's a mod based on it where he also changed some things for fun, like Harry's jacket. Most notably, restored tan skins on the grey children in the school, and swapped the roach enemies with the tiny moth enemies.
The police cars used to say Buffalo Police.
Neighborhood map became Residential Area Map. Stanley St. became Finney St., Pullman St. became Bachmann rd. Wrightwood became Old Silent Hill.
Minor script changes.
The poles were less grimy, more shiny silver.
Chairs were lighter, translation adjustments.
