RE Welcome To Raccon City

Not seen it yet either, but I consider it a cash grab. Capcom really needs to stop going back to 1998 over and over again. They chose to destroy Raccoon City over 20 years ago, but they keep wanting to go back to that era, to milk it repeatedly.

You know? We're getting nothing about reboots today. They need to do something else, but with zombies and Umbrella. Not the folklore stuff.

They released RE8

I didn't like RE8 that much. Didn't feel like a RE game. But in general, I think Capcom will never stop going back to 1998, through whatever medium that may be. They see that era as being highly profitable, when they could do a RE game in another city.

One of the animated movies featured New York. But they seem content to keep churning out the same stuff.

I just don't think constantly going back to a particular time period is helping to move the series forward.
