P.T. recreation on Unreal Engine 4

It looks like someone is hard at work trying to let all that did not have a chance to play PT experience it for themselves.

P.T. recreation on Unreal Engine 4

Every day that passes by, we are one day closer to A.) Konami announcing a SH game or B.) Konami selling Silent Hill.

I’m not crazy. Least, I don’t think so.

It’s just with an iconic and widely recognized property, it doesn’t seem likely it would stay dead forever.

If Capcom can get their shit together after ten years of “we listened to fans and we’re going back to the Resident Evil roots nope nevermind here’s more garbage for you”, then there’s hope for Silent Hill.

The patience is hard, but the day will come.

Sadly, I do not share this optimizium. Just because Konami makes a shit ton of money off the ips without having to bring any new games to console so why would they....?

My optimism is anchored mostly to them being hopefully unable to really profit off a horror IP anymore and just selling it. I really don't have faith at all that they'll come back to making actual games.

I can honestly see a Silent Hill game announced 'soonish'.

But the real horror is going to be seeing what kind of twisted abomination the series is going to take form in. Metal Gear Survive is a pretty good example of Konami 'winning our trust back' hah.

Guarantee it'll be some kart racing MMO.

lol....  .....any thought of konami creating another SH game died with the fiasco of how they treated Kojima and how they gave the fans the middle finger by wiping P.T. off the servers completely as if it never existed. You don't let personal issues get in the way of making great games for fans and making money for the company.

So much potential and buzz at the time for "Silent Hills" and konami response to the cancellation?..Metal Gear Survive...lol...good luck with that one....they are just looking for a quick cash grab off of the metal gear universe while cheaply adding some sort of weak horror theme.....no thanks......:coffee:

Silent Hill has been dead almost longer than Mary was (in James’s mind).

*Edit*
With this post, my post count is now 2345.

Think I’ll let it stand for a little awhile. You only get that sequence once.

And it’ll probably be awhile before 12345 rolls around.

Sorry to break the silence, but I would like to talk with you about your SH map project very soon :)
Let's make SILENT HILL just PLAIN SCREAM
