$800, maybe more, for the Official James Sunderland Jacket.

Is it the NTSC one (green collage)? Or one of the Japanese ones?

TopCow wrote:Plus Akira Yamaoka's business card from when he was with Konami.

Was it his clear/see-through business card, the one that looks like a razor blade, or something different?

Never heard of the clear one...hmm. The one I have is standard business card stock, has the Heather In A Wheelchair design, and his contact info on the back. Pretty neat.

The poster is the NTSC green collage version.

Other stuff worth mentioning (but definitely not all)

A cool SH2 coffee cup that changes colours when liquid is poured into it.
The Art Of and Lost Memories DVD's (bought at retail when they were released, lucky me)
All slipcase editions of the official OST's.
The rare-as-hell "Robbie Tracks" cd.

Just to name a few.

@Ratiocinator Damn, 200? And it looks like a piece of crap, I mean, material-wise, it doesn't look like it's actually safe to wear and expect it to be intact when you take it off...!!??!!??

I'm now actually not sure if it's Laura, I've always assumed it was her but looking at it now I think it's Maria lol anyway it's the picture on the cover of the EU version, it looks like this but this is a fake one, it was in the same booklet that had the James jacket and James + Nurse statue TopCow mentioned, I'm guessing it was very limited and very expensive as well :

If I had that much money to spare, I would probably spend it on something I needed. I love James, but not that much. Sorry buddy. :P

Woooo!!! That's AWESOME! Congrats man! You don't have to reveal the contact or specific site, but how'd you meet him? eBay? Or through one of those sites I mentioned?

What extras did you receive? You should take some pics one day. ;)

Ps- I posted this on the Collectors Group. It's the SH2 metal pin. It's the first time I've ever seen one for auction so don't miss out:

Thanks! A member of eBay responded to my want-it-now post :)
I'm going to take pics soon, and I'll post some here.
He also sent me a rare SH2 baseball shirt and threw in a still-sealed SH3 promo soundtrack sampler :)
I recently got a SH2 promo flashlight as well, I'm pretty happy with it. I want that pin, but we'll see how far that bidding goes...

Cool! Is it the light tan with dark green sleeves one?

Would you mind taking a pic of that one? I've seen a SH2 promo torch come up from time to time but never was sure on the validity. Just curious to see if it's the same one I've seen before.

Congrats again! I bet you're one happy camper. :)

Ha, no thanks. No way in hell I'd spend money on a coat like that. I've never even considered that jacket to be good looking.

No, this is it:

I didn't really want it, but he threw it in for free, so I'm not complaining.

Here is the jacket:

The guy who sold me the flashlight threw in that lighter for free as well.

Awesome, thanks for sharing pics. That's the flashlight I've seen around.

One last request, and this is out of sheer curiosity, but could you take a close-up picture of where the tag on your jacket is attached to the jacket? Only if you have your camera out and think about it. Thanks again, as my tag was in the breast pocket when I got it (already broken off) so curious to know how it's attached.

Will do, the next I get a chance. That was actually a big selling point for me, seeing that the jacket is a medium size (I wanted a large), was that the original tag is still attached.

M65 jacket are excellent to anyone considering owning one. They're resilient to most superficial abrasions (e.g. branches, wires, vines, thorns), versatile in weather with a hood zipped internally, adaptable with an internal fleece attachment option and practical with four wide, deep pockets. However, they lack water resistance - absorbing much to become burdensome - and require chemicals to deflect....any liquids.
Silent Hill abbreviated is SH. Survival Horror abbreivated is SH. If you pronounce 'SH' in a Japanese accent, it it pronounced as 'see'. Do you 'see' Silent Hill is the Survival of Survival Horror- the prophet?
