I found this pretty nice little article on Facebook today and it gives some interesting insight to BoM's development.

What do you guys think about some of the decisions made? Personally, I think the normal perspective it initially had looked pretty good.

I kinda hope that the over-shoulder view is an extra unlockable or something, because that'd give us a much better look at the environments.
Gameplay-wise, though, it's fine the way it is. Very interesting timeline, though. Love that the joke ending was 'conceptualized far earlier than ever should have been a concern'.

Standard OTS view looks pretty cool, it just might be an unlockable extra.

That would be amazing, but I doubt it'll happen.

I'm a fan of the concept art; male bookworm looks like SM Harry.

Hopefully those concept character designs aren't final. Rocker = emo? WTF lol. And the male jock looks like a massive toolbag.

Oh God. The Silent Hill fanpage on Facebook posted this as well, and I made the mistake of going in and reading through the comments :? I've just about given up on that page because all those people do is bash the series now. Don't know why they're there if they don't like it or approve. :/

@NarooN; the rockers are in the middle. Yeah. Weak rockers, but that's what they are. They listen to Nickleback.

The "emos" are the goths.

At least that's how I see it.

Ohhh I see it now, forgot about the goths. And LOL @ Nickelback. They look like the most "normal" of the few groups ironically. I'm pretty okay with that design. Hope they don't "over-do" the cliche-ness of the designs in the final game .

Found it.

Rocker: Bro, there's like, a Pyramid Head, man!
Preppy: Like, omg, no way. It's soooo like, disgusting.
Jock: I'll keep you safe with my masculinity, Stereotypically Pretty Girl!
Goth: Pff... I don't care. If he kills me, it'll save me the trouble.
Bookworm: You guys, don't worry. It is simply a mental construct symbolic of guilt and sexual aggression.

Wait... this sounds a lot like...

Let's just assume Scooby is suicidal.

The joke ending thing makes me hopeful.TS always had fun with their jokes.I mean...the silent Hill song from 3...what the hell. The dog ending...
I can hear it now...

"Okay guys, let's get to work new silent Hill..."
"....dog or alien?"
"What?We haven'te even-"
"This is serious business.Silent Hill isn't silent Hill without the possibility of a dog being in control."
"Uh..."
"I think a dog.Maybe a chihuahua this time..."
