I may be wrong but isn't it ultimately up to Konami to green light the project/distribution? I understand that a Japanese company didn't work on the HD Collection, but Konami is a Japanese game publishing company and ultimately the responsibility falls upon their shoulders for the whole debacle.

They basically rubber stamped it. I have a feeling Konami pushed for the March release date when obviously not all of the bugs had been worked out yet. I am just saying that this entire lowering of the standards is what's so frustrating... releasing a game that is obviously not even finished.

Konami USA does exist lol, could've been them or some other international branch. But meh, Konami has been jacking up their various series' for ages now, something like this was to be expected. And I don't buy many new games mainly because most new games suck (get off my lawn.jpg), so I'm also not really too miffed about it.
