SH Texture Editor Problem

My computer was having problems with SH3, so I had to reinstall it for the game to work properly again. I moved all of my saves and the texture editor back and I booted up the game. The textures didn't work anymore, but that wasn't a big surprise because the base files were brand new. So I moved all of the texture files from the SH3 folder out and deleted all of the files in the editor's "memory" (I opened up the browser via the editor and deleted the files with locks on them). I moved everything back, redownloaded the editor (for good measure), and it recognized that the files were fresh and untampered. I successfully put the textures in and booted up the game. I loaded my save, picked the outfit, and bam: nothing. Her outfit had not changed at all. I'm not really sure what I can do to fix it as I've done everything I can imagine. Has anyone ever had this sort of problem before? I'm running Windows 7 btw.

Weird. Could it be permissions on the files or folder?

Possibly. I'll look into it a bit later again and see if that does anything.
