All you need to do is unzip the program, open it, and move the sliders.
Moving it to the left makes the field of vision larger, moving it to the right makes it smaller. There's a slider for vertical and horizontal.
Once you moved the sliders, start SH3. Begin or load a game, then press "*" on the number pad to apply the hack. To toggle back, use "/" on the number pad.
FOV hack off.
FOV hack on.
