Yea, I think I am as well. I've been meaning to for so long. This thread is making me want to do it.

Happy 5th Anniversary Downpour

Post by Wilsden Hills on Tue Mar 28, 2017 8:00 am

I gave it another whirl recently when it first became back-compatible on xb1 and found it far less frustrating than my first run, dunno why cos I got just as lost just as often. Was on a mission to get the Surprise ending so I guess knowing what was what helped, but it transformed from a good-but-annoying SH game into a stellar entry in the series. IMHO, of course.

When you fuck up in Downpour, it lets you know about it!
I had a replay and was chugging along, managed to lower the bridge in town but then double backed on myself to go to St. Maria's etc.
In the process I managed to smash up not just my pistol but also the shotgun! Made it St. Maria's but little health kits and absolutely fucked if I can't find a pole to drag down a ladder so I can do the stagecraft puzzle!
Downpour, worth a replay but it will make you it's bitch the second you get cocky!
