PS3 Problem - Silent Hill Downpour freezing...no reason

Here is movie that made, game always freezing in the same time. I tried everything, what do i have to do ?
I have PAL version BLES 01446.

That's the sound of your world ending, silent hill is trying to get you! Lol Jk. I could only suggest, if it is a continuing problem, check the disk, if it's not scratched and doing the ejected while the game is still on then put it back in without shutting anything off ( had to do that alot for fall out new Vegas) then I would bring it back to where u got it and complain for a new one.

I tried everything I rebuilded database, restored file system and also realoaded earlier save. I deleted old instalation data and saves, installed new game, played new and still is the same problem, game is freezing in the same place in kitchen ;/
Maybe i have to wait for patch or try game or other PS3, but its still very big problem for me, im still so angry

Wow, glad I searched the web first... mine did it in the kitchen twice,,,, did cold reboot, it made it past the kitchen for a bit... ejection... another cold reboot (unplug it for a bit), it made for quite a while then krapperz again.

Will not be formatting system and stuff after this!

I've never had the game freeze on me, but there was one door in the orphanage that was supposed to be unlocked, but wasn't for some reason, meaning I had to reset the game. There was also one time in Hansel and Gretel's cabin where the picture puzzle wasn't "there" when I first entered, despite there being an Examine prompt; I had to go back outside (hi Screamers, didn't expect you to still be out there waiting for me) before it appeared.

I've been seeing A LOT of freezing problems with the PS3 version. I have the Xbox360 version and haven't had mine freeze yet. The only problem I've had with mine, is when I walk into a new room or the game tries to auto-save, it'll do a weird freezing thing, but it will immediately pick up afterwards. I won't have to restart or anything like that.

I don't know though. I don't know if it's exclusive to the PS3 version or not. I guess I got lucky if anything. Downpour was the first Silent Hill game I got for the Xbox period. All others are either on my PS3 or PS2.

heres a solution for the lag, brightness issues on ps3 , under display settings-rgb full range(hdmi) set to limited, then to video settings-bd/dvd-video output format(hdmi) set to y pb/cb pr/cr, set hdmi black level to low on monitor, insert a dvd, play it for 20 seconds remove it, insert downpour - brightness in the middle and play. never leave bd/dvd video output format on automatic.

Argh, brightness issues too. First time in the mines place, there is a stairway you need to go to and it took me an hour to find it because the settings were too dark. It was so dark, the stairs were invisible to me. =0\ Wasted a lot of time there.
