Interesting considering that Origins apparently still is.
The only me is me. Are you sure the only you is you?

Hmm. Gimme a minute and I will go look.

Strange, yes. I found the same when I looked on PSN via my PS3:

Maybe it's part of a new HD re-release!

Nah, probably not. Maybe some weird dispute over rights?...

Somebody said it was because of a Konami sale, but I'm still not sure why that's the only one missing. [shrugs]

Strange, its still on the Japanese PSN. Both Origins and Shattered Memories. I was gonna get it a while back but never did for some reason (I regret it now). I might end up getting it off the Japanese PSN store instead if they dont put it back because I cant find the game anywhere in physical format brand new.

This thread makes me think that this restructuring at Konami was in the works for a while .....

Why would they remove it for that reason? It's just sitting there making money for them, they don't even have to do anything.

What other reason then? Other than the fact that Konami business model has completely changed.

^I mean, if it was due to restructuring, why remove a game that was already made? Why remove only this game and no others?

Not sure .... It doesn't make sense I know.

But we cannot be sure it was making money for them.

There are many things that could have made money for Konami that have been scrapped recently ..........

You must not have bought it from there, lol. Fucking $29.99 USD! For an old game! If people were stupid enough to buy it, I'd imagine it made money. (Yes, I was that stupid, even though I have it on disc for PSP and PS2, I wanted to be able to download and transfer to my Vita.) Just seems outrageous because they usually mark down older games on outdated systems.

Then again, maybe no one was willing to pay such $30 for an old PSP game so they took it down.

Yes, it does seem outrageous.... Lol.

That is a lot of money for the game. I am sure there weren't a lot of people buying the digital copy when you could pick up the physical copy for half that price (used).

Maybe there is some sort of fee to keep it up on PSN.

Still, I have paid $5 for full PS4 games...

Only for PSP/Vita. Well, shit. I don't want to pay 30 bucks just so I can draw dicks on the map.
WHY NOT ZOIDBERG? (V)(;,,,;)(V)

This game were made for and because of Wii. Anybody knows about Nintendo part in the project? Might be some contractual issue with Nintendo. I can't see other reason as Origins is still there, and how much cost to keep a game for download?

Both Shattered Memories and Origins are still on the Japanese PSN so I dont think so. I could imagine them being cheaper than making retail copies.

I don't remember. I just checked on PSN again, but since I already bought it, it doesn't show me the price. I seem to remember it being cheaper than $30 though.

Another weird thing is there was a listing for Homecoming, so I looked at it, and it said "disc only." Why is it listed on PSN if you can't buy it on PSN for download?

Disc only games are there because they ether have a theme, wallpaper, or trailer for you to download but not the game itself. For Homecoming's case it has a PS3 theme and PS3 wallpapers. Silent Hill HD Collection is listed too which only has 2 PS3 themes and PSN profile avis.
