yes , i think they cross the line a bit , the super hot nurses dont scare they are just disturbing ,a bit . why didnt silent team make it ?if sh was good as it was

Uh in case you never noticed... SH2 has vagina lipped monsters... YU HAVE Maria and other symbols of sexual fustration too. And Sh3 has a bunch of monsters with phallic suggestions... Such as the worm at the mall.

That worm boss in SH3 was such a dick (pun intended). I mean, it wasn't all that difficult... as long as you had ammo. If not, you were pretty much screwed (pun intended).

Here's hoping..
I think collectively (no pun intended..) we need to realize that we're never going to get another 'Silent Hill 2'. No matter how good, it'll never have the same impact. The story line was was ground breaking in Sh2 , and even if the Sh5 story line is "better", the first time always has the biggest impact.
That said, and back to the interview, whether it's legit or not, the sentiment sounds pretty similar to the interviews printed in some of the miltiformat mags that are going around.
Again, here's hoping they mean it and stick to it...

I second that... SH2 is by far the best video game I've ever played, and I think it's a tall order to expect SH5 to be on par with it. However, I still think it's going to be a great game and I'm definitely going to rush out and buy that puppy as soon as it hits the shelves.
