On my vacation, I had very liittle to do in the motel other than to play SH:0, that I brought along with me. I finished the game twice and am working on a third time now. I think it would be interesting to see which Accolades people here have gotten.....

1. Savior (Finish the game) - ACHIEVED (first playthrough, obviously)

2. Butcher (Finish the game with Bad Ending) - Not achieved (working on it third playthrough with the Tesla Rifle >:D)

3. Ambassador (Finish game with UFO Ending) - ACHIEVED (2nd playthrough, gotta have that Tesla Rifle)

4. Stalker (Finish game with less than 3 hours flashlight use) - ACHIEVED (first playthrough, not on purpose! xD)

5. Collector (Collect more than 300 items) - Not achieved (Funny, I thought I was going to get it...)

6. Sprinter (Complete the game in under 2 hours) - ACHIEVED (2nd playthrough, at 1:50:26, I accidentally watched a cutscene, and ended up at 2:00:56, so I reloaded and skipped D:)

7. Sharpshooter (Kill 75% of enemies with a firearm) - Not achieved (Working on it third playthrough, TESLA RIFLE FTW! xD)

8. Weaponsmith (Kill 75% of enemies with melee weapons) - ACHIEVED (2nd playthrough, I used only the Moon Gauntlets except on bosses :3)

9. Brawler (Kill 50% of enemies with your fists) - Not achieved (This is going to be a hard one...)

10. Cartographer (Look at the Map 25 times or less) - Not achieved (Next playthrough, I'm drawing out maps on paper for my use, I will submit them for everyone else's use when I am done)

11. Explorer (Distance travelled greater than 22.5 km) - ACHIEVED (1st playthrough, not on purpose. I just looked around for all items, and got lost more than I like to admit xD)

12. Daredevil (Finish the game without saving) - Not Achieved (Next playthrough, since I'm using this playthrough for Fireman, Sharpshooter and Butcher, shouldn't be too hard with the Tesla Rifle)

13. Fireman (Rescue Alessa from the fire in under 80 seconds) - Not achieved (Yet. I believe I did it in around 50 seconds this time around, skipping the cutscenes and not hitting the fire...)

14. Codebreaker (Call upon the power of an ancient incantation) - ACHIEVED (I love running around in the Vincent costume from this Accolade, blasting everything away!!!!)

10. Cartographer (Look at the Map 25 times or less) - Achieved. I remember wanting to playthrough without looking at the maps. But I still picked them up, and discovered that picking them up counts as looking. So that playthrough was six views.

I did it again, without picking up any maps (except the town map, which Travis does on his own.) So...map view was one.

12. Daredevil (Finish the game without saving) - Achieved

I used an infinite health cheat, so... Yeah. Brawler is really the only one that can mess with your health.

The Daredevil, Collector, Sharpshooter, and Butcher accolades should be easy if you've achieved the Moon Gauntlets, Tesla Rifle, NVGs, and extra options.

Fireman is easy as long as you remember where you're going and you skip all the scenes. Same can be said for Cartographer. Just play once and get a feel for the area and your objectives and you should have it in no time flat.

For those having trouble with the accolades, here are some tips to help you. With Fireman, memorize the route to Alessa and avoid all the fire. It might take a while, but you can reload and start over until you get it. I got it on my second try, because I didn't go through the whole game after I realized I didn't make the cut the first time. Cartographer can be less hard than it seems. Before you start an area, get a good glance at the map. Remember, you have up to 25 map views, so make the most of them. Daredevil is easy if you have a PSP. The PSP saves your progress when you turn it off, so when you turn it back on, you're still at the same place where you left off. Those who have the PS2 version are out of luck, unfortunately. But for the rest of us, just use that trick. Remember to keep the PSP battery charged, though.

Brawler is quite easy. Just kill all the nurses at the hospital with your fists and then avoid all of the hard monsters, killing the occasional Patient Demon when necessary. But that's the hard way. The easy way is deceptively hidden, even though it's quite simple in retrospect. When you finish a monster with a stomp, that counts as a fist kill. Just finish off every monster with a stomp. Don't shoot any of them, unless you absolutely have to. I repeat, DON'T shoot any of them when they're writhing unless absolutely necessary, such as if you're afraid of the Carrion getting up and biting you.

And there you'll have your Brawler accolade. Like I said, don't be intimidated by Fireman and Cartographer. Once you play the game a lot of times, you get used to the routes where the items are. The sanitarium is the hardest part, but you can spend a good 8 or 10 views on that before you're in trouble.

I got all of them on the PSP version. The sleep mode feature of the PSP is incredibly useful. Origins is bright and vibrant enough on the PSP to where you can easily play through with the light off, and memorizing where all you have to go without the map isn't hard after you've played the game a few times. I haven't gotten all of them on the PS2 version yet. Can't recall which ones I got for that one.

Before I traded it in, to get my cousin a birthday gift last year, I had everything except Codebreaker. I could never get Codebreaker to work. I have tried to buy another copy but I can't find any in my two local Gamestops.

Let's see, it's been a little while and have only done one [finished] playthrough so far. I remember I got quite a bit in my first one:

I also got a little achievement that was the called the "OCD Player" due to me exploring every inch of the map and collecting every single item in my first playthrough.

Silent_Evil, they are the achievements and awards that you can unlock in Silent Hill Origins.
