Here is my camera hack for SH3, with these cheats the camera is always behind Heather. I also included the cheat "WALK THROUGH WALLS"

Create a cheat file for PCSX2(.pnach) and put this inside:
//CAMERA BEHIND HEATHER
patch=1,EE,21E7211C,extended,00000001

//CAMERA ANGLE FIX PRESS L3
patch=1,EE,D03547DC,extended,0000FFFD
patch=1,EE,01E72114,extended,00000000

//WALK THROUGH WALLS PRESS AND HOLD R3
patch=1,EE,D03547DC,extended,0000FFFB
patch=1,EE,21D87CDC,extended,00000000

EDIT: In the 2nd cheat you can use only the 2nd line, like this:
//CAMERA ANGLE FIX
patch=1,EE,01E72114,extended,00000000

Doing that, the camera will be fixed in all rooms without pressing L3, but I found a problem, the camera goes away sometimes when an enemy appears, so You have 2 cheats for the camera angle fix, use one or the other and check which is better for you.
