I don't know if this fits the thread, but "Rotten Apple" and "Nutshell" by Alice in Chains remind me of SH3's storyline. I don't know if it's just because I got into AiC and Silent Hill around the same time in my life, but they're strangely the band that reminds me the most of SH, even more than NIN somewhat.
Atmospherically, Front Line Assembly's "Ausgang Zum Himmel" really reminds me of Otherworld ambience:

Most certainly The Evil Within games because of the Keeper, and the atmosphere in the games overall. The STEM world is basically very similar to exploring an open world Silent Hill like town as well. The creatures are also very much like something you'd be coming across in Silent Hill too. Things that represent your sins and fears.
I think it's an underrated series that got shat on unfairly, and dismissed as being a bit of a RE4 rip off. It's not really.
