I'm pretty sure they posted it to this site....well the old one. I think it was Silent Hill: Cold Heart or maybe something frozen. It was a CGI animated series. I can't really remember much of what happened, but I do remember giant hearts having something to do with it.
Sorry for all vague this is, but I'm going off memories that are a decade old at this point.

Yes, Silent Hill Cold Heart became Shattered Memories. I don't recall any fan TV show in the works for SH around then. Heh.

But I specifically remember hearts being a central theme of the story. Like I definitely remember a scene of a heart being in the middle of the foggy street. I was following along with the series on this very website posted by the person doing it. It was a 3D animated series of sorts. I wish I could remember the name of it.
