Problems with the forum

Post by HeatherVenus on Wed Mar 25, 2015 6:29 pm

I'm not sure if it's to everyone like this but at least on my phone , the forum has an awkward background with a cartoon old guy and at some replies I see some glitches that occurred (like too many "repost" buttons , too much space between paragraphs). Sorry if this is in the wrong thread... I'm not posting at all here , only reading threads :( anyway , it looks awkward and I'm not sure if it's a bug only for me because I use the phone version or if it's to everyone.

Haven't heard anything about cartoon old guys before. I don't have a phone capable of internet but it works fine for me on my PSvita and PSP. Maybe someone else knows?

I haven't been able to modify any of Ratio's custom themes without breaking functionality so I haven't changed anything at all.

You could try using a different theme perhaps, but I haven't seen those on phones, either.

This is my experience as well, and I am on constantly.

So I am thinking something might be wrong with your phone. You may have a virus or something.

This has also been my experience, for over five years.

I semi-had the same experience with my psp, except this forum was totally nonfunctional all together; nothing to do with an "old man face" though. I now have an iPod though, and everything here works as the pc version does.

Your problem is a strange one.

Thought I'd hijack this topic so as not to clutter the place with another, similar thread. Does anyone by any chance know how to delete a signature? I mean completely, so I don't even have one showing at the bottom of my post. When I tried to do this earlier, all I was met with was a transparent/irresponsive "submit" and "preview" button, obviously because the box in which to put the url etc. was empty. :butt:

Thanks.

Did you try submitting without previewing? I just tried to delete mine and the "submit" was working.

I'll give it another shot, nur. The only reason I'm doing this is because my hunger games sig is really ugly and my ocd can't take it.

Edit - Nope, no luck. Everything is blanked out except for the "reset" button, which doesn't respond, and the "preview" button, which just takes me to the same exact page with no changes to the button prompts. I can't really see what else I can do.

Yeah, it's not letting me do anything to other people's sigs, not sure how and don't want to destroy the forum code.

Hmm. I changed PBR's account status to "active," it was saying inactive. Was not aware of this.
